How we use it

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and fulfil orders, calculate delivery timelines for your pincode, send order and account notifications, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability and security of the store. Payments

Card, UPI, net-banking, and wallet payments are processed by our payment partners, Razorpay and Cashfree. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers — they are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We store only the payment status and a reference/transaction ID needed to reconcile your order.

Third parties & processors

We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors to operate the store, all under contractual confidentiality obligations:

• Razorpay and Cashfree — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
• MSG91 — transactional SMS/OTP where enabled.
• Cloudflare — content delivery network and file storage (R2) for product images and static assets served from https://cuteyou.shop.
• Meilisearch — powers on-site product search; it indexes product catalog data, not personal information.

We do not permit these processors to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & sessions

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in (a secure, httpOnly session cookie) and to remember items in your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this store.

Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period needed to meet accounting, tax, and consumer-protection obligations.
