These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://cuteyou.shop (the "Site"), operated by CuteYou ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent activity.

Products, pricing & availability

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed, and stock may change between browsing and checkout.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). A contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation after successful payment. Delivery serviceability and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on the pincode you provide, before payment is taken.

Payments

We accept payment via Razorpay and Cashfree (cards, UPI, net-banking, and wallets), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where it is enabled for your pincode and order value. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment partners — we do not store your full card or bank account details. See our Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us or, where available, through your order details page. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and instead falls under our Return Policy.

Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which covers our defect-only, 7-day return window. Please review that policy before requesting a return.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product images, descriptions, logos, and the CuteYou brand name — is owned by or licensed to CuteYou and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuteYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
